I can recommend the Citroen Picasso 2.0HDI/1.6HDI both capable reliable tugs with a limit of 1100 KG. Economy of high 30's when towing and 50mpg solo.

I have just got my new Picasso 2.0 HDI it has max tow of 1300kg

80kg max nose weight. I have not towed with it yet as I am putting a few miles on first.

Sorry meant to say max is 1300kg but ideally 85 pct about 1100kg
