CL rates/prices

We used to have a CL (until FMD in 2001 when we closed and then decided not to re-open).

I don't know if it is the same now (that was "pre-web"), but we had to give our details for our entry in the Book to the CC in August. The Book was published in December and valid for two years. So if we said (eg)
