Cobb bbq

Hi

We've seen the Cobb bbq on the television and wondered if anyone has any experience of it.

This year we were thinking of trying a change in cooking with the caravan and buying a Bravoska cooker but the Cobb impressed we've seen it on various prgrammes,(Hairy Bikers and Gadget Show). With both cookers we can cook in the awning or outside.

Have had a Cobb for about a year, got it cheap in a closing down sale.

It is a great bit of kit, different to a BBQ, but very useful, it remaind completely cold on the outside apart from the lid. I have cooked a complete roast dinner in it, roast chicken and spuds, with mixed veg done in the moat. We also did a meal of mixed bits of meat and sausages, eat the bits of meat to keep us going, the put the chopped sausages on a pizza and cooked the pizza under the lid! This caused several visitors to stop and enquire what we were up to.

If you do get one, I suggest the extra roasting rack is a vital accessory at about
