I was thinking of buying one of these but have heard that they part company from the caravan rail at times - anyone heard of this ? I want a lightweight awning approx 3m long, but few seem to fit a rail height of 245 - any ideas please ?
 
Hi there, We had a compactalite awning last year and only used it twice before it tore away from the awning rail and then tore down the door side. Complete waste of money. If even a slight wind gets up it rips and the poles all bend inwards.
