Compass Casita 554 2018 water pump not working

Have a Compass Casita 554 2018 with Whale water system. On site and water pump has been working normally for about a week. Suddenly stopped so cleaned etc but still nothing. Tried new pump but still nothing and there seems to be no power getting to the pump.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.
 
Not certain what you knowledge or experience may be but there is likely to be a separate fuse on the consumer unit for the pump which may have blown if there was a problem with the pump.
 
Where you fit the pump into the caravan check the flanges as they get dirty and make bad contact. Clean the contacts on the pump and also the contacts on the caravan connection and see if that helps?
