The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. Have you got a Compass or Xplore caravan or Compass motorhome? if you are not already a member of this friendly club why not come and enrol at the Caravan Show at the NEC in February - a discounted price applies at the show. We can be found on the Explorer Group stand and would love to meet you. If you can't make it to the show you can enrol via our website www.compass-owners-club.co.uk the site is constantly being updated with useful information, the website is currently being revamped and some pages may not be visible to non-members - why not pay it a visit.
