Concertina window blinds

Our Coachman Pastiche is fitted with the standard concertina blinds around the front and sides.
All the blinds are extremely stiff to raise and lower, my wife cannot move them at all and due to my increasing age have great difficulty.
Can anyone help by guiding me through how to ease the tension or lubricant wherever needs lubricating please.

My blinds are the same on my Coachman, 2013, only the two front side ones. I found that the guides pop out of the runners. I have tried polish spray with silicone, that worked but dry silicon spray was better. Gripping the bottom of the blind and the first pleat gave a better grip to pull the blind down, going up is not a problem.
