Recently bought a 2004 bailey pageant but unfortunately I am getting a bit of damp on the back of my rear cushions, turns out there are no c-boards fitted, I contacted the dealer (Barons)and told them of the situation---warranty was out of the question, but they could sell me the boarding AT £40 a sheet. I ask the girl if the boarding was gold plated!! plus I was only needing enough for two cushions. I was thinking of visiting my local diy and see what they have---anyone fitted their own boards?
 
Yes I have fitted them but they were supplied by Bailey under warranty for the Senator so I would give Bailey a ring direct.

You could do it with wallboard/plywood/hardboard in strips about 1ft wide and the length of the cushion with 1/2in battens every foot or so.

The ones from Bailey even came pre-drilled

Mine is in the dealers now having them fitted. This was done under warrenty by bailey so, as John says, ring them first
