Constat Amiable

The Camping and Caravanning February issue has reference to a form called "Constat Amiable" that French drivers exchange with one an other after an accident. It can be seen on www.aoninsurexpat.com

I have tried printing it but only get a part of it, has any one else tried and succeeded?

? Did you get all the form ie. section 8 and on, I can only get the first part 1 to 7

You can get a copy from your insurance company - I carry two, one for each vehicle.

I got 4 pages, instructions in French, instructions in English, an accident report form and a declaration. The accident report is very similar to the English one that I have got previously from my insurers but the declaration is somewhat different and only has 7 sections but seems complete as there is a place for the insured's signature.
