Hi, my new used 3 times Cadac keeps going on fire (all 3 times) and has now removed the teflon from my griddle pan. I want to contact them to query why this is happening or if my cadac faulty as this seems really dangerous to me. The contact details on their website aren't working. Thanks in advance
