I would urge all members to e-mail the Director General via the general enquires e-mail address complaining about the booking service. Perhaps if enough of us register it may just make them come to their sences for next year

If you want the Caravan Club to change, put your money where your mouth is and don't renew your membership, if enough people did that, that would make them change. I dropped out 2 years ago because of their ridiculous booking process.

See below. Clearly an overload situation has arisen again. They do apologise. I'd like to know just how many people at any one time can be on the booking website?

All things being equal I stiil like the CC sites and CLs so will continue with my membership. Maybe some changes will happen soon to make the booking thing fair to all.

The Caravan Club website is extremely busy today due to the launch of the 2009 UK pitches and prices. We will be controlling the volume of visitors to the website up until 01:00am 19 Dec to ensure that bookings can be made quickly and efficiently.

Cheers

Oh no not another wimpish post complaining about the CC! Grow up and get real! Why raise another post on the same subject? Are you looking for sympathy? Whose shoulder would you like to cry on? Have you written to the CC and complained?

If you do not like the CC booking service why do you renew your membership. You have the choice!
