Continental Diesel Prices

Hi All

Does anyone know the current price of diesel in Belgium, Germany and France? Where possible I always fill up at supermarkets rather than motorways but costs for both extremes would be useful.

Research for our holiday plans shows that prices can vary be as much as 27 cents just in the area we're planning to visit - so some significant savings can be made by planning in advance.

The local price for diesel here in Germany at the petrol station around the corner is 1.21 Euro/litre, but prices fluctuate quite considerably depending on day of the week (yesterday was 3 cent cheaper) and location.

I don't think you can specify the price throughout the country as it can vary from place to place just like here. But I use this web site to compare the prices from country to country. http://www.aaireland.ie/petrolprices/

Just come back from the south of France and the supermarkets price at Calais was 1.10 Euro.

Today in Berchtesgaden Germany diesel is 1.18 euro's litre in Hallein in Austria 1.08 euro's litre when we filled up yesterday.
