Converting a petrol car to EV

I would almost put money on a bet , that VW will bring out a EV Beetle, another fantastic icon of a car, although changing in shape.

Without a doubt. There is already a microbus in the works and their concept car ev beach buggy looks great , it's only a matter of time 😎

An acquaintance dropped a V8 engine into a VW Beetle in the late sixties. It was passed as a road car and he also used it for drag racing. I will see if I can get any more information on it as it was very fast.
