Cool bag that warms

Am looking for a 12 volt cool bag that will also warm food and drinks .Have a Philips hard box that does this by reversing the plug but it is hard work carrying it was hoping for a rucksack kind of thing if anyone has any ideas?

Just an idea .....

We have one like this & have had if for a number of years, when we came down to poston mill it was keeping my bacon sarny's warm untill i wanted them

When the MIL was alive she used to take it with her to keep her medication cool.
We also have a 12v 5a car socket power supply that she used when staying in a hotel.
Ours has a shoulder strap just like the one in the link.
There is a switch for hot or cold..........
