please could you all help us .

We would like to go to cornwall for two weeks in the summer we have two boys aged 11 and 13 would like a nice clean site with large indoor and outdoor pools ( poss with slides ) and nighttime clubhouse and sports ativites and near beach .

hope you are able to help us

ps have been looking at parkdean sites and weststar never toured at these before so any feedback would be great .

I can not vouch for the Cornwall sites but Ruda in Croyde near Barnstaple and West Bay in W Dorset both have everything you mentioned with the exception of outdoor pool.

Ruda is probably the better of the 2 and they are both 5 mins walk from the beach.

I think the Cornwall touring parks ar fairly recent acquisitions for Parkdean.

We went to Hendra its a nice clean site with an indoor & outdoor pool. The indoor pool has slides and a wave machine,but costs extra (purchase tickets when booking holiday its cheaper).

Go for the super pitches they have more room but are quite expensive.

Also stayed at perran sands which is just down the road from Hendra. Its a Haven site cant remember the pool situation but the beah is just off the site, the climb back from the beach will get you fit. Also the pool at hendra is open to the public so you could go there and use the pool.

Look at Pennan Sands in Perrenporth. It is a Haven site, it fits all of your criteria but it is a long way dowmwards to the beach
 
We visited SeaView International last year and it was excellent for the kids, it has a heated outdoor pool (no indoor) a games room, shop, park, BBQ areas, And it definately got its name - we could see the sea from out Van's back window...
