corrosion of back panel

hi ive got a avondale caravan and over the weekend noticed a few bubbles on the back panel of the van after the door been told its osmosis corrosion about 10 little bubbles that u can hardley c unless your close up does anyone know how to treat this dont want to start strippin down if it can b treated by some other way thanks
 
The only way to cure osmosis ,if your panel is GRP, is by removal of the affected area and a new gelcoat being applied.
This is certainly not a DIY job as there is much preparation required to be effective
