My front towing cover of 4.5 years had a problem with the stitching along the zip. It had come unstitched for about 30 or 40cm along the length. Also the two clear plastic windows through which the two low level caravan lights show had split.
I contacted Specialist Covers and sent them some pictures. Fixable for £60 which included the return postage. I paid about £5 to send it.
About a 15 day turnaround and back today.
