Covid & Driving to Croatia

Hi all
We are considering driving from Uk to Croatia in early September and coming back towards the end of October

we are both double vaccinated and will probably drive France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Slovenia and then Croatia.

Does anyone know what Covid test requirements are needed and at which border

Best to check with HMG website and the National sites of countries being visited.
 
Now, Mrs Ern and I have been plucking up the courage to go through the tunnel, fully masked up and the windows closed, for a holiday in Northern France around June next year.
