Cracked window repair

Hi there,
Is there a way to repair a cracked / split / delaminated main front window? There is a crack in the inner plastic and the front and back pieces have seperated along one vertical side. Ideally I'd like to separate it fully, clean out all the dirt / marks etc from inside the double glazing then seal it up again.
I can't see how it would be done, but maybe there is a way.
