Do you happen to have a Bailey Series 5??

We have a Ranger and have had to have all the windows replaced twice due to a fault!!

Most annoying!

Daniel,

Hairline cracks in acrylic or polycarbonate plastic windows are stress cracks - the direction of the crack points back to the region causing the stress.

So if they point back to the hinge mechanism - that implies that the full length hinge isn't straight or there is some other issue placing a load on the top of the window.

And these cracks don't stop - they'll continue to grow with time.

If it's a warranty job, then make sure they are replaced and (more importantly) the cause rectified.

If the cost of repair is down to you - then you could try Captain Tolleys Creeping Crack Cure - it should draw itself into the crack and both seal and stiffen the cracks.
