Been to this site on several occassions over the past 4 or 5 years and would have no hesitation in recommending. Split into 2 areas for statics/lodges and touring it is well kept and we have always found the facilities spotless. Restaurant/cafe on site is also good if you cannot be bothered leaving the park. All pitches are hardstanding and if you can get a patio pitch these include a shed and patio area and ae worth the extra. There is also a large play area for the kids. There used to be a 360 viewing facility on their website and links to local attractions.
Good country park situated right next door and only a few minutes to St Andrews by car. We have walked to St Andrews on several occassions (including pushing a buggy when my daughter was a year old). Good base for visiting St Andrews, other costal villages and the other attractions of Fife. The Bunker, Falkland Palace and St Andrews Sealife Centre are worth a visit. Hope to return this year again.
Only downside is St Andrews is popular and can sometimes be a nightmare to get parked.
