If it's that quiet I wouldn't worry!

Mine was in the Dealers this week for the same problem. Floor fixings and axle bolts tightened! All is well now!

Likewise mine seems to need the bolts retightening about every two years and that fixes it.

Although the instructions in the sticky posts are at the top of the the New Members and Our Website message boards the instructions apply to the entire website.
What was it that caused your post to go astray? Was the problem with IE9 or was there some other cause?

I guess its the compatability thing, didn't realise I have to do it every time I go on this, all ok thankyou
I know as much about computers as I do caravans!
Want to learn though (caravans, that is)

Slide under your van behind the wheels and look at the center of the axle. There will be a triangular bracket attached to the axle with a bolt through the center and into the floor. Tighten this with a spanner and see if this works.
Did with my Senator 5 Indianna and made such a difference moving about quietly in the van.

Our previous bailey ranger had this problem and we did as others suggested and tightened the bolt.
Be careful not to over tighten it though or you'll damage the plywood floor!

Thankyou for the advice, I contacted the dealer and although my warranty recently ended they are going to have a good look and sort it out for free so I'm impressed !
This loose bolt seems to be what they think as well.
'van is on a seasonal at the moment so they are going to do it on site when I am there, good job I'm not towing at the moment (visions of the floor falling out all over the road?!)
