Cris check

Just had a letter from CRIS asking if i still owned my old Swift Corniche 2000 15/2, as they had, had an application for a new registration cert, Phone them to confirm that I was not the owner and that I sold it to a Stealer in 2015. Stealer said they would take care of that, why am I not surprised.
You Know! I'm as please as can be that this van is still going strong.
Reg in 2000 I bought it in 2002 sold to stealer in 2015 just about 13 years ownership.
I serviced it every year I owned it , immaculate when I sold it, apart form needing three new front windows ( they imploded, why I sold) and as dry as a bone.
Proof if proof is needed that servicing a van each year works.
Now each time I see a Corniche on the road, I shall be looking very closely to see if it's the one.

Hi i am in total agreement with you i service my caravan every year as well 👍

Regretting that I am a 2020 sticker missing as the booked date was in the late lockdown period, otherwise there is the full set from 2011!

Same with me. I'm missing my 2020 sticker, serviced in Oct. 2020 Otherwise a full set from 2013

MY 2012.

I ask whoever is servicing it not to put a sticker on. I just need the records.
You know OC I would never put any stickers on my motor and too be honest, all the labels are covered by the hitch cover on site, so, it's more for my own benefit, if you like.

I do not use the stickers but have the service book stamped and keep the paper work as this should make the caravan more saleable. Nice to see that CRiS di react correctly when someone tried to register the caravan.

I am in agreement with you we keep all the paperwork and service book stamped and so far when we come sell it does.
