Its 8 Months since i bought my caravan and i still have not heard from cris how long does it normaly take to go through The dealer says hes sent the details to them.
 
You should normally have the documentation back with you within a month at the outside.

If I were you I would ring CRIS and ask what has happened.

Thanks Steve i will,i am getting a bit anxious in case something is wrong with caravan although i bought it from a well know dealer so it should be alright
 
l had the same problem, rang cris the dealer had missed a digit out on the vin number, found this out by checking the vin number on the sales invoice.

Could be somthing like that, ring cris with your vin number it will be sorted.
