Cross Stitch request - Jolly Nation Caravan Couple

Hello, my wife is trying to locate a cross stitch by Jolly Nation called "Caravan Couple".

I’ve searched lots and lots of different sites without success and it appears to have been discontinued for some reason.

I was wondering if anyone has a kit they haven't done or which they don't want or if I could buy the chart from them.

If you click on the picture in this link you can enlarge it (both by hovering you mouse over it and also using the scroll wheel) and see the holes in the base material. From this could you make your own chart? As you say, the pattern is discontinued.
