Crossing over into Switzerland

We are going from France to Switzerland next month and I have seen in the Caravan Europe Guide that there a restriction on what you can take into Switzerland, as we know how expensive it will be we were hoping to take in as much as possible, drink and meat wise.Has anyone been checked going through the crossing for this?

When we went over in 2010 from Austria into Switzerland we did not have any body look in the van or check anything.

Hello, I have gone into Switzerland via Basle/German border for the last 10 years and never ever been pulled up, if you have the vignettes displayed(one in the car and one for the van) you just go through the appropriate stall, never a problem.
Enjoy your visit, because you will go again I can assure you.
