I damaged my Valencia back in May. Took pictures and sent them to Chipping Sodbury Caravans where I bought the caravan from in Feb. I'd also contacted Bailey for alternative repairers in case I had to get a few quotes. Chipping Sodbury Caravans' assessment was that it needed a new side and the CC Insurers agreed.

I've been given a date in the middle of November for the repair and the damage has been made waterproof with duct tape since the accident, allowing us to carry on as usual.

Not quite sure why the op has to go to Bailey

Jim, It appears many dealers are not able to repair the Baileys, not sure why and if so you either send it to bailey or find another repairer who can do it.

Here we go again.
Choose a top drawer dealer and no problem.
Chipping Sodbury is a Bailey only dealer with a multi bay workshop I've known for 20 years.
I also know Broad Lane caravans can do all repairs.
So as I have said before a good dealer can make or break the experience.
Sadly the good dealers can just about manage their own customers due to space restraints.
It just shows how ******** the caravan industry still is in the 21st century.

Doesn't necessarily need to be a Dealer to carry out the work. When I contacted Bailey for some alternatives they gave me a number of approved workshops that weren't attached to dealers
