Hi All

Have to say I had reason to contact Thetford on Moday due to a broken toilet.

Their customer services were second to none, fault reported, the following day the replacement parts arrived with a diagram of how to fit them.

I was given a choice of returning the van to a service centre to have the work done, but I chose to carry out the work myself.

Excellent service from Thetford, pity more suppliers are not the same.

Richard, there are other suppliers just as good. I rang isabella on weds to report a missing pole section from a windbreak purchased over 6 months ago, a free replacement a free replacement with an apology arrived next day. Brilliant !
 
It really good to hear of service that got you out of a difficulty quickly. Bravo!
