Cycling in New Forest

We are going to Fordingbridge and will be taking bikes. Would welcome any advice on cycle tracks that would suit families, ideally all off road and as few hills as possible. Happy to drive a fair way to get there.

We stayed in the New Forest last year at Helmsley (I think that's the sites name) and unfortunately we didn't take the bikes. There are many safe, flat routes throughout the forests for family riding and further details can be found on the following link:
