damage to rear panel

Help needed ,have bashed the rear panel below taillamp on my 2008 charisma . It looks like plastic panel ,all parts are still intact, just pushed in & cracked plastic. Whats best way to repair , fibre glass kit or some thing better ????.

plastic weld, then fill and spray, but make sure anything you doesnt invalidate your warranty.
