We have been relentlessly searching for our first caravan with not much luck so far. A friend recently bought a damaged repairable caravan which he sucessfully repaired with minimal cost. I am now considering trying this but getting a repairer to do the work. I would value all your opinions on this matter so I can weigh up the pros and cons.
We hope to get a relatively new van and keep it for several years therefore any initial depreciation and future selling problems due to it being a damaged repairable should not matter to much.
