Damp boxes

I have 3 damp water collection boxes, the ones you put magic Cristal's in and they collect any water/damp.
I have taken them out the van and stored them in my shed but to day I decided to give them a wash out and I found ice in them.
Good old summer....

Its 20 degrees here in Bristol.
Are you sure its not where the crystals have absorbed moisture and it LOOKS like ice?
