Just noticed damp on offside front corner of caravan, shelf/top of boot and upright affected. Will be getting repaired, but can't see a leak anywhere. Has anyone else had this problem - wonder if it could be due to condensation.

I`m no expert but I think it will probably be behind the awning rail, hope its not too expensive, good luck.

Hi Claire,

Sorry to hear about your damp problem. When you say your van is new, how new is new?

Phil & Claire - Whatever you do - get it fixed! Claire if your van is new, as in brand new send it back to the dealers and demand a replacement. We had damp in our previous van, despite annual servicing and so called remedial treatment by the supplying dealer, only to find that when we went to sell it, it was virtually worthless as the damp had penetrated many of the structural components in the body causing most of the timbers to rot. Damp repairs nomally run into
