I'm more like father Jack than Frankie Howerd, but titter ye not

I reckon Diane could be played by Ruth Madock, and Colin from Bridgend a kind of Welsh version of Mr Fairbrother

I only saw what anything I would call crude once. The "vulgarity" as such was nothing more than mild. I'm sure, from what I've been told, there was more of that kind of thing in the Chat Room but in the three times I used it I don't recall any apart from the "f*rt" noises which were a feature of the hosting site.
Well we now know who they were Steve ... sigh!

Sorry to be a killjoy but in hindsight, I think it might be prudent to stop suggesting characters/actors for the parts of other members in the new comedy.

If people would like to suggest actors/characters for their own roles in the comedy, that would be brilliant.

I've already bagged Ann Robinson to play my role.

Lisa (smiley icon thingy)

As the majority of actors quoted above are dead can I suggest a ghost version of Carry on Camping. Incidentaly I would prefer for my part to be played by the retired police officer from Last of the Summer Wine (definately not Compo) and if I can be so bold as to suggest that either Nora Batty or Marina takes the part of Lisa hehehehe. Lord B. I think would be suitable for the Sherwood Forest chap as Lord B. is always harping on about the wild life of the districts he visits. Emmerson could be played by Cleggy.

For those of you who have a good memory - think of Plotter - he would have a whale of a time here - it would end up like his smokaloo postings - ever running with a few hundred postings. Give the man his due - he does like to make contributions to a forum hehehehe

Hey! I resemble that remark! I've always though I was more of a Wesley.

Hi Colin I am back, now about this smokaloo that Plotter and I developed. hehehe or do we go back on the topic of the Mop and Bucket hehehe

p.s good to be on line again.

Liz

Welcome back friend - with you leaving the sinking ship and Plotter being cut up over things I think the smokaloo was flushed down the sewer many months ago - unless of course you wish to form a new company when Plotter is back on line. Meanwhile you will have to resort to the mop and bucket. Whereabouts are you now? have you left Cornwall or still down there? What work are you doing these days? Alternatively you can call me a nosey old sod and tell me to mind my own business.

Some people can be more sensitive than others. However, there is no reason for vulgarity on any site. Little minds ....... come to mind!

I wasn't involved in the later 'chatroom' abuse between GoXP & Gary/Legs (Alias JC/Mod1) but I do believe that Gary's actions in trying to provoke other members re the anonimity of the Mods backfired on him. I was involved in earlier chat but bowed out when I could see it getting silly! I don't believe GoXP was totally innocent, but equally I think it's unfair to put all the blame on him. Those who were members of the site will no doubt have received a personal Email from Jason (GoXP) as I have and will form their own opinion.

Still I do think it's a great shame - it was a Very good site.

RIP & thanks for your efforts Gary (Legs)
I never entered the Chat Room so I am totally innocent! Ann

Hello Liz, good to see you again! You've missed all the excitment, but I'm sure you'll catch up. As you may know, Plotter is in hospital, having had a hernia op yesterday (Wed), but is now recovering well. As Colin has already asked, where are you now, and where the heck have you been?
