deceiving site owners

last autumn we visited croft water liesure park near tewkesbury

a lovely site in a nice location advertised as having two new modern toilet blocks.they probably were about 15 years ago as it were they consisted of log cabins, with more wildlife in them than in the woods, spiders and beetles everywhere toilets and showers.after watching a young girl clean them one morning i saw why cleaning time for the lot about 5 mins tops if i pay for a site that says excellent facilities they should at least be clean.any views.

We generally make a provisional booking by phone without paying any deposit. When we arrive at site, before booking in my wife and I take a look at the toilet/shower facilities. If they are not clean and to our satisfaction we just leave and drive to another site with good facilities on the hope of accommodation. Fair enough it may be underhanded and chancing it but if I am paying good money I expect good facilities.
