Delamination repairs?

I suppose 8 weeks to get this far is not too bad by industry poor standards. Let’s hope Swift / Dealer give you a detailed schedule of works required and actually carried out!

I asked my dealer to find out exactly what they will do but they told me that Swift flatly refuse to discuss what they do, simply stating that it "will be repaired to as-new". Doesn't fill me with confidence when it's being repaired at a year old! I have discretely initialed the current side panel so I'll be able to see if it does get a new side or otherwise.

I have now arranged transport back to Ryedale Caravans and transport can take up to 7 working days. I would advise you to make contact with your dealer to make them aware so they can arrange a date for collection.
