Dented Work Surfaces

Besides carefull packing and precautions, a cup has fallen on to the worktop, near the sink creating a dent that looks like a valley about 2cm long. Does anyone have any suggestions about or helpfull hints to fix it with out buying a new top.
 
I cant help you myself but a while back someone else asked the same question and somebody gave details of a company that does invisible repairs,their website confirmed that they could repair all patterns ,You will have to look back over the old posts possible 2-3 months ago.

We had the same problem with a tin of peas and had a french polisher come and do the repair you can only tell if you look carefully on your knees
