Dewatering spray for electrics

I seem to have read that there is a possible problem with using WD40 to spray the electrical tow socket and plugs and that there is a spray specifically for electrics that does not affect the cabling and grommets. Does anyone know what it is called please?

Hi Clive

I think you will find that " Damp Start " is suitable for use on all electrical connections and cables as it is designed to be used for high tension spark plug leads so it should be suitable for low tension eletrics. Good Luck
