Digital TV

Is there any digital TVs available at present which will work on both 12 volt and 240 volt system? I have mad enquiries at my local TV/radio shop and they are not aware of any. I don't want to waste money on a new analogue set and buy a digi box to go with it.

It's generally more cost-effective to buy an analogue tv and a separate set-top box.

Look at a digital set - many 'mains' models transform down to 12 volt and plug 12v into the set. I bought a 'mains' one, filed away their transformer and am using it direct on 12v.

look in the advertisements of april c.c mag there are 240/12v digi telies for a lot of money????
