Dinner Time Help

Hi All,

We are looking for a proper table and chairs, but not benches or stools.

Any suggestions - looking for 4 seats what is the best match.

We have some really nice relaxing chairs (some of them moon chairs) but they are not good to eat from.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Simeon.

Stay well clear of the lightweight aluminium slatted (roll-up) tables. They are totally useless from an eating point of view.

Go for the solid top, fold over type, and check the strength of the support legs. Some have good tops but very flimsy legs.

Hi Simeon

We have a Lafuma Hawaii table which is now 4 years old, well used and still going strong. Very pleased with it. It is sturdy and folds up and fits easily in the car. The legs are also individually adjustable for length which is very useful on rough or sloping pitches. It seats four with ease and 6 comfortably. As for chairs, we have 4 plastic garden chairs I think from Focus which stack and lie on their backs in the caravan lounge for travelling (they don't weigh much) and tie on cushions. For relaxing we have two Lafuma recliners. You can see the table at following web address http://www.lafuma.co.uk/product/lafuma_hawaii_table_special/
