This is the review i sent to Adria Concessionaires, the importers of Adria
i tried to contact the factory, and or customer service but the customer service at Adria doesn't exist, no way to contact no wonder the fault, however dangerous, dont get resolved
Adria is quick to sell, slow to sort problems, very poor after-sales service, my two main issues long long-standing and dangerous
1 The kitchen gas stove cover shattered with an almighty explosion, glass flying throughout the caravan. Reported fault middle of 2024, still not resolved
The 2 electric inlet connections burnt out so badly that we are unable to use the Caravan. Had I not reported to the dealer, Spinney Caravans of Cheshire, the caravan could have burnt out with serious consequences to us and our dogs.
Spinney has been frustrated by the laxidaisical attitude of Adreia Factory and the main importer.
A good reputation can be ruined so quickly by not looking after customers once they've purchased it, I and all the people I discuss my problems with will think twice before buying Adria again.
"We put the customer and their experiences at the centre of our activities." This slogan is a lie, just a world salad with no meaning
My experience of Adria (not the Dealer Spinney) has been the opposite. Spare parts are the last thing they'll send the dealers, too costly, I presume
