Distance from wheel to rollers

Hi All

Just getting the van ready to go away this week-end and noticed how close the mover rollers are to the wheel while disengaged is there a set distance they should be at (for manual engagment)Any ideas anyone.

If it is a Powrtouch mover, 20mm for single axle movers, 15mm for twin axle movers

Thanks for the quick response,just checked and the distances are only 8mm on rear and 20 mm on front the next question i have is ...are they adjustable or should i leave alone and contact powr touch .

Unless you fancy rolling around under the van to move the clamps, give powrtouch a ring

No dont really want to do that, as van is only 9 mths old i think i will leave it to powr touch.
