Dog harness anchor point

As the law now requires dogs to be secured when travelling, we have bought a harness which we secure to the rear seat belt. We now have a two seat motorhome where can we find a good securing point.
 
Not sure whether the new law requires a specific standard of fitting, as for human seatbelts, or not.
Since yours is a panel van conversion, it MAY have mounting points, provided by the manufacturer, for use if it had been converted into a minibus. But if so they'll have been covered up by the Autosleeper fittings. Might be worth asking a (Peugeot?) main dealer?
