Hi MarkHi Lisa
I just wondered if they were ok - I complained about a nasty comment someone had made to Mark about a week ago which was removed, but I haven't seen them posting since.
just thought a quick email to them might help? I am happy to do this if you dont have time. Mark (",)
Steve.We have two Labradors.
A white female 13 years old and soft as pudding.
A chocolate male 3 years old and I've seen smaller ponies than him. Full of character.
Most of the time they come with us and as always they are impecably behaved as they have adopted us as their leaders by mutual agreement and not training.
I reacon that the next time I go to Bridgend we should meet Colin and I'm sure he'll be converted to the benifits of dog ownership once Teddy (the choc) has given him a "tasty" lick.
As for doggy bags, it goes without saying. All responsible dog owners do clear up after their pets. It's the 5% that don't who spoil it for the rest. I know that, as I often have to give out a couple of bags per trip to people I see trying to skip responsability.

Ours is exactly the same. Teddy (should of added Bear to his KC reg) is what we call a real people person. Even our postman loves to tease him. but there's a flip side to that as every 6 wks or so we have a different postman who is petrified of dogs. The first few time we laughed at his hurdeling of the gate upon seeing teddy.Steve.
My chocolate Lab is a male (Harvey). When he's laying outside the awning (when it's not raining), if anyone walks past, it's not just his tail that wags, it's his whole backside! and people just come over and make a fuss of him, especially kids which he loves. Is yours the same? He's a great dog, he's lying at my feet now as I'm typing, so loyal.
Phil, I've posted a reply to your comment which you might find funny. We have two cavalier king charles spaniels, father and daughter, unfortunately the mother passed away last week, she lived with my parents who have just turned up with a new puppy as they found the house and van just too lonely.
both my dogs and my parents go caravanning with us all the time and enjoy it very much.
Interesting to here mcghee say he takes his parrot, we adopted a african grey a few month ago and wondered whether we could take him with us but his vocabulary is huge and he loves to talk "a lot" so we thought he may just be a bit too much.
