So i know Dometic RM2350 fridges are not the greatest fridge . but why would mine keep blowing 240 v elements , 1 i left the door open but the last one was 5 days and its dead again . The fridge works perfect on gas and is always way more efffient . but id like to get it to work on 240 v as well what am i missing the thermostat seem to work fine on gas i never need to be set as cold on gas or it freazes tomatoes and BEER sometimes what am i missing Kev

I would think that there is another issue causing the element to blow i.e. the PC board has gone faulty due to corrosion on it causing a short somewhere. Maybe time to bite the bullet and have an expert check it out?
