Dometic Toilet Issue

Hi, I have an issue with the sensor on my Dometic toilet, it is showing that I need to refill the water tank, the one that holds the Pink liquid, I have refilled the tank and it flushes but the light stays on, Any idea how to resolve?

Not many people know Dometic entered the toilet arena a few years ago.
I’ve never seen one but maybe this may help although not quite exactly your issue?

Though comparatively recent in caravans, they supply many cruise ships. We had one in our Lunar, but we preferred the Thetford.

The sensors ore often operated by a magnet on a float. Check for this being stuck in it’s guide.

I think Dometic loos are more common in motorhomes, particularly continental ones.

We also prefer the Thetford toilet rather than the Dometic as the Dometic in the Lunar gave us constantly issues.
