Plan of action for to day was take a day off work go to the storage site where the van is (40 miles away) put all the soft furnishing back in place .seats cushions,bedding etc and battery and fire up the heating plus wash and wax her for the first outing at the end of the month so up early loaded the car kissed the missus kicked the kids (or was that the other way round) suck in traffic for an hour see my van big smile on my face 🙂 get go's to open the her up no KEYS left them on the kitchen Table . Don't you just hate it : 🙁

The only good thing to come out of todays forgetfulness I get the house to myself no kids or missus so feet up watching a movie in peace and quite 🙂 as for the woosie club the missus has read some of the story's and turn and said there nothing wrong with them That's just normal for you 🙁 (witch :woohoo: :woohoo: 😗 )

Arrived at storage ready to get away for a week and realised that the battery was still on charge at home. This was about a year ago but is still mentioned by the family

Arrived at Dover to fuel the car ready for a 6 hour tow into France, the next morning. Only to find out I had forgotten my wallet. Pitched the wife and dogs, in the cl, 2 hours home, 2 hours back again, and another refuel. , They just dont let you forget, do they.

Ours is only three miles away so it would be no great problem. Forgetting the keys is about the only mistake we have not made, we could probably right as book covering the others though.

Car had only 70 miles range left, so filled up £55 @ 101.9 per litre, 5 miles down the road, 97.9 per litre
Don't you just hate it.

Traveled from Chester to Edinburgh,,,booked in and then realized I'd left all the keys to unlock the trailer from the car and to open the trailer tent at home,,,so either 500 mile round trip or pay locksmith £80,,,expensive start to the break.
