have the same problem.no matter how hard i strech the roof pole i cannot get the sag out . i bought the awning last summer and used once on a slightly sloping field. i blamed the field and vowed to try again. i have since bought a type of pole expanding gadget from a local camp shop. so i hope this will do the trick. i am not hopeful and have lost a bit of confidence in my purchase.

Had the same problem on the Saturn model, we purchased a nother pole and put it in the position of the sag to displace the water seamed to work, we have since change our van and purchased a bradcot awning, hope this helps and good luck.

I bought a Dorema porch awning and during a wet spell the top section of the awning kept filling with water. I had to keep getting up during the night and push the awning roof up to get rid of the water. I hate to think of the weight of the water in the roof section, and the strain on the awning rail. Consequently, the roof now has a permanent "sag". Needless to say, I won't be buying another Dorema.
