New to caravanning & looking for an awning. Have seen the Dorema Senator Lux, price is right but can anyone recommend it or is there anything else you would recommend instead & what are the best type of poles?

Does anyone know whether the curtains are on poles or do they clip onto a runner?
 
I see you received a lot of replies! I'm in the same boat and about to buy the Senator Lux afterr viweing Bradcot and others. Have you purchased it yet and if so how is it? Thanks.
