Dorema sun canopy

We use a Dorema Capri sun canopy for our Elddis Odyssey caravan. Unfortunately, twice this year on separate Italian Lake sites, the wind got underneath it and blew it down. Thankfully our caravan was not damaged. We are thinking of buying a Fiamma 'roll out' sun canopy for our next trip in a couple of weeks. Before we do, does anyone know where we can buy a 'tie down kit' which comes in two halves and will let us tie down the end poles of our existing canopy separately using the spike on top of the canopy poles. All of the ones I can find on the internet are the complete 'up and over' straps.

We have a Dorema Panorama which has the straps built in at each end for holding down.We found that the centre pole was lifting during high winds and we now use a guy rope to hold down the centre pole.

Try using guy ropes onto the spikes your end poles.

Thanks Alistair - we already use 3 guy ropes on each of the three poles, but they were not strong enough to hold it down.
